Infrared heating is all about delivering heat where you need it, when you need it. Our small room heaters are built around a 2500W output. That’s enough power to cover compact spaces without tripping over the circuit. We chose a 400V voltage setup for a reason. It handles higher power draws while keeping the current stable. That means less voltage drop across the line, and the heating element stays at the temperature it was designed for. And the 300mm tube length? It’s a calculated balance. Enough radiant surface area for even coverage, but compact enough to slip into tight enclosures or fit into existing brackets.
Material & Design: Halogen, Quartz, and Connectors
We use a halogen-filled quartz tube because it handles rapid heating and cooling better than standard glass. It keeps its integrity, even when the temperature climbs. The halogen cycle also keeps the element clean, so output stays consistent over the life of the unit. The tube’s coating is designed to boost infrared emissivity, pushing more energy out as usable radiant heat instead of wasting it on convection. For the connections, we went with R7s connectors. They’re solid, rated for high temperatures, and install quickly and repeatedly. That means fewer wiring headaches on-site and an easy replacement when it’s time for maintenance.
